
The 2026 Tour de Suisse will be taking place from the 17th to the 21st of June this year, a special edition in which the race has been thinned down from eight to five race days. Tadej Pogacar headlines the final pre-Tour de France World Tour event, which every years brings in a luxurious startlist.

The startlist is of course headlined by Tadej Pogacar, who seeks his first overall title in one of the ‘big 7’ World Tour stage-races, and is the main favourite ahead of his return as the defending champion to the Tour de France. Brandon McNulty and Nils Politt, who will back him up there, are also present.
Decathlon CMA CGM Team are present with Tobias Lund Andresen; Netcompany INEOS have Axel Laurance and Magnus Sheffield; Bahrain – Victorious are led by Lenny Martínez and Antonio Tiberi, however Giro breakthrough Afonso Eulálio will also be present for support… Lidl-Trek have the returning Thibau Nys in action whilst the other cyclocross specialist Mathieu van der Poel will also be leading Alpecin – Premier Tech, joined by Jasper Philipsen and Kaden Groves despite the route’s difficulties.
Mauro Schmid leads Team Jayco AlUla; Primoz Roglic leads Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe; Richard Carapaz will be in the lead of EF Education-EasyPost; Lotto-Intermarché have Arnaud de Lie present; Team Visma | Lease a bike have Matthew Brennan; Soudal – Quick-Step have Ilan van Wilder; Groupama – FDJ have Romain Grégoire and Movistar come in with Nairo Quintana, Enric Mas and Orluis Aular all present.
The race has attributed wildcards to its Swiss ProTeams. Tudor has Marc Hirschi at the start whilst Pinarello Q36.5 have Tom Pidcock who will be aiming for the final podium. There will also be a Swiss national team.
