Tottenham Hotspur are set to face Sheffield United in the final matchday of a season that has been exceptional at the N17. It has been about process and progress as the North Londoners get accustomed to playing the Ange Postecoglou’s way.
Ange Postecoglou came in the summer and has turned the tides at White Hart Lane. He has taken a struggling Spurs side to one of the most exciting clubs in European football. While there has been a recent blip in an exceptional season, Spurs will look to end the season on a high as they visit an already relegated Sheffield United.
Spurs will have a few injury issues to be dealt with for their trip to Bramall Lane. The Lilywhites have managed to add to the injury concerns following their midweek fixture against Manchester City.
Injury blow and uncertain future
They are set to miss Argentine midfielder Giovani Lo Celso, who picked up a knock on his knee following the game against the Cityzens or somewhere in the training sessions that followed. This could be the end of his time at N17, and I fear we have seen the last of him representing the Spurs badge.
