Nico Raskin, a star for the Rangers, will not be playing in this weekend’s trip to Aberdeen, according to Philippe Clement.
After being carted off during the 2-1 victory over Hearts at Ibrox last month, the midfield player has been recovering from an ankle injury.
During the international break, he was seen back in the gym working on his recuperation, but his manager has stated that the Dons game on Sunday will be too soon for the all-action Belgian.
Meanwhile, Ryan Jack is a doubt for the Pittodrie match having recently training with the Scotland team. Clement also disclosed that forward Kemar Roofe has resumed practicing with the group as he works his way back from injury.
Clement informed the press on Friday, “Raskin is still out, and Jack is questionable for Sunday.”
“Roofe is starting to train with the team in full sessions a couple of days a week; the rest of the squad trained as normal.”
