Live Updates from the Under Armour Next Camp in Seattle
The Under Armour Next Camp makes its first ever stop in the Northwest this weekend.
Harry Lang Stadium in Lakewood, Washington, will be the site for the first UA Next camp ever in the state
Headlining the quarterback group is a commit to Washington by way of Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei, quarterback Dash Beierly, who will visit his future school before camping at Under Armour.
Joining him will be the top quarterbacks from Washington in Lake Stevens (Wash.) passer Kolton Matson, the reigning Gatorade State Player of the Year, from Oregon in Tualatin (Ore.) passer Nolan Keeney, who took the Timberwolves to the 6A state title game, from Northern California in Pleasanton (Calif.) Amador Valley passer Tristan Ti’a and from Montana in Bozeman (Mont.) Gallatin passer Grant Vigen, the son of Montana State head coach Brent Vigen.
Underclassmen of note include 2026 quarterbacks like Kalispell (Mont.) Glacier’s Jackson Presley, Petaluma (Calif.) St. Vincent de Paul’s Gabe Casanovas, Mission Viejo (Calif.) quarterback Luke Fahey, who each won CIF state titles last fall as well as Snoqualmie (Wash.) Mount Si’s Nate Donavan and 2027 signal-caller Sione Kaho from Tacoma (Wash.) Lincoln.
The running back group has 2025 backs like Folsom (Calif.) back Carter Jackson, who just decommitted from Cal this week, Mountain View (Calif.) St. Francis’ back Kingston Keanaaina and Lake Stevens (Wash.) back Jayshon Limar.
Watch out for these underclass backs: Carter Meeks of Modesto, California’s Central Catholic; Isaiah Ene of Granite Bay, California; LaMarcus Bell of Lake Oswego, Oregon; and the dynamic duo of Killian Sombe and Tyson Davis of Portland, Oregon’s Central Catholic.
The tight end class of 2025 is loaded with talent, headlined by four-star Baron Naone of West Linn, Oregon, who is ranked as the state’s top recruit. Other tight ends include Austin Simmons of Albany, Oregon, and Jackson Doman of Canby, Oregon. The Golden State tight ends Braiden Bachich-Dixon of Kentfield (Calif.) Marin Catholic and Tony Keck of Concord (Calif.) Clayton Valley, as well as in-state players like Noah Flores from Graham (Wash.) Kapowsin and T’Andre Waverly from Mukilteo (Wash.) Kamiak, are joined by West Albany.
Three underclass tight ends to keep an eye on are Santa Ana, California’s Mater Dei 2027 tight end Mark Bowman, Meridian, Idaho’s Owyhee 2026 tight end Ryan Brekke, and Portland, Oregon’s Andreas Nicolaidis of Central Catholic.
With 2025 out-of-state receivers like Oakland (Calif.) Castlemont receiver Ellijah Washington, Berkeley (Calif.) receiver Benjamin Thurman, Fresno (Calif.) Sunnyside receiver C.J. Jones, Windsor (Calif.) receiver Hayden Anderson, and Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne’s Jadyn Robinson joining Northwest pass-catchers Landon Kelsey from Portland (Ore.) Central Catholic, Graham (Wash.) Kapowsin’s Khris Norris, and Seattle (Wash.) Roosevelt’s Nolan McWilliams, the receiver group is one of the best and deepest groups at the event.
Notable underclass receivers include San Francisco, California. In addition to Sammamish, Washington’s Eastside Catholic 2026 receiver Asa Thompson and 2027 receivers like Braylon Pope from Sumner, Washington, Skylar Robinson from Harbor City, California, Narbonne, and Osani Gayles from Stockton, California, St. Mary’s, there are also the 2026 receivers from Archbishop Riordan, 2026 receivers Cynai Thomas and Judge Nash, 2026 receivers from Mission Viejo, California, and 2026 receiver Isaiah Williams.
On the offensive line, the top two linemen in Oregon—Zac Stascausky of Portland Central Catholic and Jake Normoyle of West Linn, Oregon—as well as the top lineman in Idaho, Dallyn Grimes of Middleton, Idaho, from the 2025 class, will be joining Bellevue, Washington, lineman Demetri Manning, who is the state’s top blocker.
