VERY SAD NEWS: A Active Player For The Tennessee Volunteers Has Suffered A Career-Ending Injury

Kamal Hadden will endure season-ending surgery for Tennessee Football.

Tennessee Volunteers cornerback Kamal Hadden will have season-ending surgery after suffering an upper-body injury.

Tennessee learned today that one of its key players will require season-ending surgery. The cornerback in question is Kamal Hadden.

Kamal Hadden, a redshirt senior, has had a fantastic season so far. Many people thought he was statistically among the top five. He recorded three interceptions and seven throw deflections in seven games.

He suffered a shoulder injury in the Alabama game after attempting to tackle an Alabama player early in the game. He didn’t enter the injury tent until the crimson tide had scored, and he was plainly frustrated. Hadden returned in the third quarter, although just for a short time before leaving the game permanently.

The excellent cornerback stated earlier this morning that he would be undergoing surgery, effectively ending his season. The Volunteer Corner is wondering where he will go next. Time will tell, given that this was his final season of eligibility. Hadden posted on Instagram, “The get-back starts now.” It is reasonable to assume that the redshirt senior cornerback will be missed in orange and white, but Vol Nation will rally behind him during this difficult time, as he was quickly becoming one of the team’s fan favorites. Best wishes to Kamal Hadden.
