Roman Reigns states February 16 episode WWE SmackDown that “everything changes.”

The second-to-last episode of WWE SmackDown before the 2024 edition of Elimination Chamber will be a memorable night for professional wrestling fans, as it has the potential to resolve the continuing WrestleMania conflicts.

It’s not every week that two industry titans, Roman Reigns and The Rock, face off, but that’s the headliner for the February 16 program as we approach the Show of Shows.

Not only these two will be under one roof but they will also have WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H around them to throw the question of whether he is going to fix things around the WrestleMania 40 main event bout.

Adding more to the speculations, Roman Reigns took to his X/Twitter account and teased something unthinkable will be waiting on this week’s WWE SmackDown as he wrote the following, “Tomorrow night. Everything changes.”

This cryptic statement from the reigning WWE champion only showcases the sky-high anticipation that the company has been building around the show scheduled from Philadelphia in April. With Triple H in charge of things, fans can expect even bigger happenings.

Last week, Triple H attended SmackDown to re-affirm that the 2024 Royal Rumble match winner Cody Rhodes will be challenging the WWE Champion Roman Reigns in the main event of WrestleMania 40 despite The Rock wanting to be a part of the match.

With Cody also scheduled to be in the building, The Rock wants Triple H to book the dream match against Roman Reigns at the Biggest Event of the Year. We’ll have to wait and see if he indeed has plans to make changes to the already-announced title match.

WWE SmackDown hits the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah for the February 16 episode. Apart from the mega WrestleMania segment set for the show, Elimination Chamber qualifiers will also be there. At a glance, the match card stands as follows:
