Rangers hero Ryan Kent wants to return to the Premier League or Scotland

Rangers hero Ryan Kent wants a return to “the Premier League or Scotland” if he is to leave Fenerbahce.

The Englishman has struggled to make an impact during his time in Turkey scoring once and providing two assists across 15 appearances so far this season.

And now journalist Ahmet Selim Kul, who is the Fenerbahce correspondent for Habertürk TV, has claimed that the winger would only want to leave the Turkish Super League side for a move to the top flight in either England or Scotland.

“The squad mentality has changed and he has also been unable to get used to the Istanbul way of life.

“He is a bit of a shy guy and not a very social guy and because of that Kent could not get used to the city very well so it is looking like the club will sell Kent in this transfer window.

“I have heard that from Kent’s side that he does not want to leave Fenerbahce in this transfer window but I believe he will leave.

“There is a lot of interest in him from Turkey, the English Championship, with Hull City wanting to transfer him.

“Their owner is Turkish and has a very good relationship with Fenerbahce. It is not clear what Kent will do because I have heard that he wants to return to Premier League or Scottish Premiership.

“He does not want to go to the Championship or another Turkish team.”
