King James loves hyping up his teammates!
LOS ANGELES LAKERS
Recently in a South Bay Lakers game, rookie Los Angeles Lakers forward Alex Fudge threw down a fierce dunk and it caught the attention of one LeBron James of the Los Angeles Lakers.
Shortly after the Lakers finished their own game against the Houston Rockets on Sunday with a 105-104 victory, James took to social media to express his reaction to the dunk.
James is no stranger to incredible in-game dunks, as he has some of the best in NBA history. But it’s nice to see him acknowledging the younger teammates on the Lakers. It’s also telling about what kind of person James is for him to be doing this after a big Lakers win where he dominated by scoring 37 points.
If anything, this will give Fudge more confidence going forward. He is projected to be a long-term project for the Lakers, so any kind of improvement that he can make will vastly help LA down the line.

He may have gotten the attention of James with his dunk, but Fudge is a good player with a high upside. LA loves his athleticism, and it was on full display the other night.
Fudge is currently on a two-way contract with the Lakers, so he could always see time with the team at some point later this season. LA may give him some playing time once the schedule gets into the thick of things to see what he can offer them, and allow some of the veterans some extra rest.
