LA Dodgers make major decisions over Clayton Kershaw future with injury concerns over MLB legend

As of February 2025, the Los Angeles Dodgers’ head coach, officially titled the manager, is Dave Roberts. He has held this position since November 2015, making history as the franchise’s first minority manager. Under his leadership, the Dodgers have achieved significant success, including World Series championships in 2020 and 2024.

 

The Dodgers’ coaching staff also includes bench coach Danny Lehmann, hitting coaches Aaron Bates and Robert Van Scoyoc, and pitching coach Mark Prior.

 

In November 2024, the team announced that first base coach Clayton McCullough would be leaving to manage the Miami Marlins. Chris Woodward, who previously served as the Dodgers’ third base coach from 2016 to 2018 and managed the Texas Rangers from 2019 to 2022, was hired to replace McCullough as the first base coach.
