Breda Lynch is a 49er all the way this weekend when she will be praying that her relative’s team is crowned Super Bowl champions
A 98-year-old Kerry woman will have an extra special interest in Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas this Sunday as her famous relative John Lynch is the General Manager of the San Francisco 49ers.
Breda Lynch married John’s late uncle, Jimmy, and still lives in Ballybunion which is the ancestral home of the Lynch family. John Lynch’s great great grandfather ran a hardware store on Ballybunion’s Main Street where the name ‘John Lynch’ is still over the shop door.
