On Saturday night, the Bulls will face the Heat.
There will be no rest for the weary when the struggling Chicago Bulls face the red-hot Miami Heat at the United Center on Saturday night. The Bulls will look to snap a three-game losing streak at the expense of the Heat’s seven-game winning streak when the game begins at 8 p.m. EST.
The Bulls enter this game having lost seven of their last nine games and currently sit in 12th place in the Eastern Conference with a 4-9 record. The Heat, on the other hand, are at the opposite end of the spectrum, with an 8-4 record that puts them in fourth place.
Bleeding Bulls
The Bulls are bleeding losses right now and Friday night’s 103-97 setback to the Orlando Magic bore a striking resemblance to Wednesday’s loss to the very same Magic squad. Chicago got off to a sluggish start and put up 33 points in the first half before rallying behind Zach LaVine and Alex Caruso to take a late lead.
However, Franz Wagner got an and-one to go to push Orlando back in front for good. LaVine had a shot at trimming the deficit down the stretch but got his triple blocked by Magic guard Gary Harris.

“It was just trying to get DeMar the ball and then I came across trying to get a 3 off,” LaVine said. “At that point, you’re just trying to get a shot up. Gary got a good hand on the ball. He’s a good defender. Not a lot you can do about it.”
Surging Heat
The Heat will walk into the United Center as winners of seven straight, including a 122-115 win over the Brooklyn Nets. Jimmy Butler sizzled in that game, scoring 36 points, while Duncan Robinson continued to do a superb job of filling in for the injured Tyler Herro, scoring 26 markers.
