Following his victory over home favorite Taylor Fritz in the US Open final on Sunday, former WTA World No.7 Chandra Rubin has jokingly stated that Jannik Sinner should not be allowed back in America.
The rising Italian star resumed his dominance on the hard courts of North America, having lifted titles at the Miami Open and Cincinnati Masters earlier this year. Sinner added more points to his lead atop the ATP Rankings as World No.1, and appears to be a thorn in the side for American players.
