Few things are more defining of college basketball than stunning upsets. Predicting which teams would suffer unexpected losses is sometimes a fool’s errand, but it is a necessary ability when constructing an NCAA Tournament bracket, and seeing those outcomes unfold is possibly the most fascinating aspect of March Madness. However, upsets are not limited to the postseason, and will be particularly prevalent during the 2023-24 season.
