Caitlin Clark is prepared to celebrate Iowa senior day by shattering Pete Maravich’s NCAA scoring record.

Caitlin Clark will be crowned the all-time NCAA Division I scoring leader when sixth-ranked Iowa finishes the regular season against No. 2 Ohio State on Sunday at Carver-Hawkeye Arena.

Four days after breaking Lynette Woodard’s major college women’s record, Clark could surpass Pete Maravich’s total of 3,617 points if she scores 18 against the Buckeyes.

Clark’s senior day will be celebrated in front of another sold-out audience. On Thursday, she declared that she would enter the 2024 WNBA draft, skipping the fifth year of eligibility granted to athletes who competed during the COVID-19 pandemic. She is expected to be the Indiana Fever’s first overall choice, and WNBA ticket sales are already up.

Logitix, which tracks ticket prices on resale platforms, showed an average sale price of $598 for a ticket to this game purchased since February 1.
