La Familia, the Kentucky Wildcats TBT team, has put together a roster featuring plenty of fan favorites throughout the John Calipari era in Lexington. Now they will be coached by arguably one of the biggest favorites of the BBN.

It was announced Tuesday that Tyler Ulis will take over as the head coach for the team this summer.

With a roster featuring Eric Bledsoe, James Young, Willie Cauley-stein, and plenty of other fan favorites from the last 15 years, adding Ulis to the mix to lead the show is the perfect addition.

Ulis had been on the Kentucky staff for the last two seasons as a student assistant with the Calipari regime. He is also one of the more decorated players in the Coach Cal era as he earned SEC Player of the Year, SEC Defensive Player of the Year, and the Bob Cousy Award. He ultimately became a second-round pick in the 2016 NBA Draft.

The Lexington Regional of the TBT is quickly approaching as the team will play at Rupp Arena from July 19-23.

I would guess this signing just helped sell a few more tickets to Rupp.
