Ducati to Release New Documentary on Pecco Bagnaia: Nuvola Rossa
Ducati has officially announced the release of its highly anticipated documentary, Nuvola Rossa: Bagnaia and Ducati’s Perfect Combination, celebrating the meteoric rise of Francesco “Pecco” Bagnaia and his partnership with the iconic Italian motorcycle manufacturer. Set to premiere later this month, the film offers an intimate look at Bagnaia’s journey to becoming MotoGP World Champion and Ducati’s resurgence as a dominant force in the sport.
Nuvola Rossa, which translates to “Red Cloud,” delves into Bagnaia’s personal story, tracing his early passion for racing in Italy, his struggles in the Moto2 category, and his eventual breakthrough in MotoGP. The documentary also highlights Ducati’s technical innovation and the unwavering dedication of its team, painting a vivid picture of how the “perfect combination” between rider and machine led to their record-breaking 2022 championship season.
Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali shared his excitement about the project, saying, “Pecco represents the spirit of Ducati—passion, determination, and excellence. Nuvola Rossa is not just a celebration of his talent but a testament to what can be achieved when vision and effort come together.”
Fans can expect exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, interviews with key figures such as Bagnaia, team manager Davide Tardozzi, and Ducati engineers, as well as a closer look at the Desmosedici GP bike that powered Bagnaia to victory.
