SuperMotocross (SMX) fans can rejoice as Eli Tomac, one of the sport’s most celebrated riders, has officially extended his contract with Yamaha Star Racing for the 2025 season. The announcement confirms that Tomac will embark on one final campaign before hanging up his boots, aiming to cement his legacy as one of motocross and supercross’ greatest competitors.
Tomac, a multi-time champion across motocross and supercross disciplines, joined Yamaha Star Racing in 2022. Since then, he has delivered stellar performances, including clinching the Monster Energy Supercross title in 2022 and multiple SMX victories. His decision to stay with Yamaha underscores the strong synergy between rider and team, as well as his desire to finish his illustrious career on a high note.
