Dujon Sterling Delivers A Bullish Celtic Warning As The Rangers Star Believes His Team Is ‘Hungry’ For More Silverware

 

Dujon Sterling has warned Celtic that Rangers now have a taste for trophies.

The Ibrox ace – who is emerging as a key player for Phillippe Clement’s in-form side – picked up the first silverware of his career with a Viaplay Cup winners medal. And having sampled trophy success at Hampden, Sterling says they have the appetite to plunder more this season. Rangers have clawed back Celtic’s lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership table ahead of next week’s pivotal Old Firm clash at Parkhead.

They’ve yet to lose a game since Clement took charge, while their Glasgow rivals’ form has dipped. Sterling, who is being used in midfield by his Belgian boss, insists they’re on a mission to collect every piece of silverware available to them this term. With a first trophy in the bag – and the title, Scottish Cup and Europa League still to play for – the 24-year-old said: “Everyone is in a happier place here now.
