Adam Reynolds Reflects on Brisbane Broncos’ 2024 Season with Richmond Media

Brisbane Broncos captain Adam Reynolds sat down with Richmond Media this week to reflect on the team’s 2024 season, providing a candid assessment of their performances and future aspirations. The seasoned halfback spoke with pride about the Broncos’ journey throughout the year, emphasizing their resilience, team spirit, and growth.

Reynolds acknowledged the early-season challenges, including a few injuries and some tough losses that threatened to derail their campaign. “We had our ups and downs, but the key was staying focused and trusting the process,” said Reynolds. He highlighted how the team rallied after a shaky start, finding their form during the latter stages of the season to secure a strong position in the finals.

The Broncos captain praised the blend of experienced players and emerging talent within the squad. “We’ve got a great mix of guys who’ve been around the game for a while and some young blokes who are really stepping up,” he said, pointing to the performances of young players like Reece Walsh and Brendan Piakura, who have been pivotal in key moments this season.

Reynolds also credited coach Kevin Walters for his leadership and ability to keep the squad motivated. “Kev’s been brilliant – he knows how to get the best out of us and keep us pushing for more.”

Looking ahead to 2025, Reynolds believes the Broncos are in a strong position to challenge for the NRL title. “This season was about laying the foundations. We’ve shown we can compete with the best, and now it’s about continuing to build on that and strive for silverware,” he concluded, expressing confidence in the team’s ability to go further next year.
