Tottenham Miss Out on Desire Doue as Bayern Munich and PSG Lead the Race
In a blow to Tottenham Hotspur’s summer transfer plans, highly-rated teenager Desire Doue is set to join either Bayern Munich or PSG, according to Fabrizio Romano. The 17-year-old Rennes attacker has been a target for Spurs, but the club’s bid has been overshadowed by significant offers from the European giants.
Bayern Munich has presented a €55m package, while PSG’s bid matches Rennes’ valuation at €60m. Romano believes a deal could be finalized this week, with Doue likely to choose between the two superpowers.
